CSFP runs several supplemental programs throughout the year to meet the specific needs of our current program constituents.

While providing Pre-K-8th grade scholarship support for under-resourced Philadelphia families is CSFP’s top priority, we understand the value in providing additional resources for the families of children in our program, and are proud to offer the below programs.

Camp Connections

Combat the summer slide by providing children with enriching and fun opportunities in the STEM, STEAM, math, writing, technology, college readiness, and workforce development fields. Camp Connections provides full scholarships for a limited number of CSFP scholars to enroll in one of our pre-selected educational summer camp partners.

Application Process

Applications for this program are collected in April. Spots are given out via random lottery. Available options will be determined by your student’s grade. Students may only apply for ONE program, so please consider the descriptions, dates and times, and transportation/other logistics before making your selection. Applying for a program does not guarantee selection for that program. If selected, it is expected that your student will be able to attend for the full dates of the program.

Students should not register directly with the program unless instructed to do so upon approval from CSFP. Families who are not selected for the Camp Connections opportunity will be notified shortly after the deadline via email.
