Director of Program Administration – The Director of Program Administration (DOPA) is responsible for leading the administration of the lifecycle of the scholarship program from application process to award confirmation. They are also responsible for the direct supervision of CSFP Program Associates that carry out scholarship administration, ensuring that all CSFP scholarship applicants and families experience the highest levels of customer service. An ideal candidate will have demonstrated a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and training their team to implement a customer-oriented
strategy.
