Joseph Ferguson

Joe is the Executive in Residence for the Charter School Growth Fund. Prior to this role, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Mastery Charter Schools, where he oversaw Operations, Finance, IT, Human Resources, and Facilities. Prior to Mastery, Joe served as the Chief of Staff, Executive Director of the Philadelphia School Reform Commission and the Executive Director, Chief Operating Office of the School District of Philadelphia. Before entering the field of educational administration and operations, Joe was a consultant with Deloitte. Joe received his B.S. from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.
