Josh Barrickman

Mr. Barrickman is a principal, senior portfolio manager, and head of fixed income indexing Americas. He and his team manage bond index fund portfolios invested in U.S. and international bond markets (including government, mortgage-backed, and corporate securities). The team also manages several bond index ETFs.
Mr. Barrickman, who joined Vanguard in 1998, has more than ten years of fixed income experience. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® certification and earned a B.S. from Ohio Northern University and an M.B.A. from Lehigh University.
