The William Penn Foundation awarded CSFP with a $491,150 grant to help Parent Ambassadors (PAs) improve pre-K centers in Philadelphia. The funding will go towards training PAs to educate local pre-K centers about quality improvements through the Keystone STARS program. PAs will also teach parents in their school communities about the importance of quality early education.
