Longtime CSFP friend and supporter Maverick Capital Foundation recently published its Annual Report, and highlighted one of CSFP’s scholarship families. With the help of the Maverick Foundation, the Chang family received CSFP scholarships for several children. The Chang children received a strong K-8th grade education and succeeded: son Moran was valedictorian of his high school and currently attends Mansfield University, where he has made Dean’s List and plans to become a bio-engineer. Of CSFP and Maverick support, mother Aron Chang states that: “ despite years of struggling to make ends meet , I can’t wait until I am able to give back to the Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia. I tell everyone I come into contact with about it.”
