CHILDREN’S SCHOLARSHIP FUND PHILADELPHIA TO ADD THREE MEMBERS TO ORGANIZATION’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

CSFP welcomes representatives from OceanFirst Bank, Independence Blue Cross, and Stradley Ronon.

PHILADELPHIA – As of May 2023, Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP) has welcomed three new individuals to serve on the organization’s Board of Directors. The board appointed Bradley Fouss (Senior Vice President/Market President Greater Philadelphia, OceanFirst Bank), Rev. Dr. Lorina Marshall-Blake (President, Independence Blue Cross Foundation, Vice President of Community Affairs, IBX), and Cory O. Hippler (Partner, Stradley Ronon) as members of the board.

Bradley Fouss joined OceanFirst in 2014 and established the Bank’s first commercial banking team for western New Jersey in Mercer County. Fouss has also served as a board member and treasurer for the New Jersey Association of Corrections, and has volunteered as a coach for more than 10 years.

I am deeply committed to improving life outcomes for young people, and know how impactful this shared vision will be in supporting CSFP’s students, families, and mission,” said Bradley Fouss, Senior Vice President/Market President Greater Philadelphia, OceanFirst Bank.

Rev. Dr. Lorina Marshall-Blake is responsible for leading strategic, programmatic, and operational efforts to fulfill Independence Blue Cross Foundation’s mission. She also oversees grantmaking and leads the creation of sustainable solutions that improve the health and wellness of the community.

I am a firm believer that uplifting young people is among the first steppingstones. As a CSFP board member, I look forward to helping shape the future of thousands of Philadelphia students,” said Rev. Cory O. Hippler joins CSFP’s board with more than 16 years of experience in investment management, independent trustee counsel, and investment management mergers & acquisitions, among others.

“I have long believed in the value of education and that all children deserve access to a quality education in a safe environment. I am thrilled to join CSFP’s Board of Directors to work with an organization that supports families as they pursue the best fit schools for their children,” said Cory O. Hippler, Partner at Stradley Ronon.
