Jenn has worked in service of people and great ideas throughout her career. For more than 25 years, she has worked with government and non-profits to build relationships, strengthen reputation, and garner critical resources needed for mission success. Her career began on Capitol Hill, then focused on developing and implementing programs around civic participation in high schools around the country before transitioning into philanthropy. After more than a decade with The Nature Conservancy with the Maryland/DC and Delaware chapters, Jenn has spent much of her career in positions of leadership at independent boarding and day schools. Her experience includes all aspects of Advancement, including Admissions, Fundraising, Marketing, and Communications. In 2017, she was appointed Assistant Head of School at Solebury School, overseeing all fundraising and communications for the school, while launching and successfully closing the school’s first capital campaign in more than a decade and increasing all revenue streams. She is a proud graduate from The College of the Holy Cross (Worcester, MA), with a bachelor’s in political science. Jenn is an active member in her community, serving on the Council for the Advancement & Support of Education (CASE) DII Advisory Board, as well as a class agent for Holy Cross and volunteer for the Pennsbury High School Girls Basketball Team.
