Ricky is the founder and managing partner of Liss & Marion, P.C., a successful regional law firm established in 1995. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum limited to attorneys who have won multi-million-dollar verdicts, awards, and settlements. Ricky has also received the Avvo Clients’ Choice Award with a “Superb” rating – its highest level for attorneys. He zealously advocates for a diverse client population in a wide range of legal matters.
In addition to his law practice, Ricky is a co-founder of and General Counsel for Hightop Real Estate and Development LLC. Hightop is a real estate development firm focused on the acquisition, investment, development, and management of commercial and residential real estate throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. Ricky has successfully acquired and developed properties across a broad range of asset classes, including community retail and shopping centers, mixed-use commercial, and multi-family residential properties.
Ricky is a graduate of Temple University and Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. He has worked with various non profit organizations in the Philadelphia region and, through Liss & Marion, P.C., he has spearheaded numerous philanthropic programs.
