Rachel Dettrey serves as Events Manager at Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia, bringing extensive experience in event planning, community partnerships, and nonprofit leadership. Prior to joining CSFP, Rachel led school grant programs, community initiatives, and workforce development efforts as Director of School Partnerships & Community Impact at the People Helping People Foundation. She also brings hands-on experience supporting Philadelphia students and families through her work with CORA Services, where she directed out-of-school time programming and community-based services. A proud AmeriCorps alum and lifelong advocate for service, Rachel holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Temple University and is deeply committed to advancing social justice and expanding educational opportunity for students and families.
