Maximilian Francis is an administrative professional with over nine years of experience in project management, marketing, and leadership. Max graduated in 2022 from The Lincoln University, the first degree granting HBCU, with a B.S. in computer science. He specializes in optimizing operations through innovative technology solutions and strategic planning. Before working with CSFP, Max previously held the position of Operations Manager for a locally owned sanitation company and also spent time as a Program Associate with The Center for Black Educators, another non-profit company based in the enhancement of child academics. With a strong foundation in critical thinking and clear communication, he supports the CSFP team success and enhances client satisfaction!
