Kylee is a human services professional with experience in operations, finance, case management, and development. Prior to CSFP, Kylee was an Operations Manager at the Greater Philadelphia Coalition Against Hunger. Kylee relocated to Philadelphia, PA in March 2020 after residing in Baltimore, MD for 5 years working within the criminal justice field, specifically with returning citizens. She holds a Master of Science degree in Human Services Administration with a concentration in Negotiations and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Penn State University.
