Keisha Jordan is a dedicated non-profit leader with 24 years of experience in non-profit management, education advocacy, school administration, human resources, staff and volunteer training, and fund development. Keisha is President & CEO of Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP), a program providing financial access for children from under-resourced Philadelphia families to attend K-8th grade tuition-based schools. She started this role in March 2020 and is responsible for guiding CSFP in its mission to provide children from under-resourced Philadelphia families with scholarships to attend high quality schools. During her tenure she has increased scholarship recipients from 5,400 to 6,200 and increased the annual operating budget to $17,000,000.
Prior to joining CSFP, Keisha was the Chief People Officer at Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania (GSEP), where she led the Human Resources, Governance, and Volunteer Training and Events teams. She also has experience in school administration and held leadership positions in admissions and development in Philadelphia private and charter schools.
Keisha received her JD from Temple University School of Law and her BA from the University of Virginia. She sits on the Board of Directors at Community Partnership School, Horizons Springside Chestnut Hill, the Satell Institute, and teaches Children’s Church at Second Baptist Church of Germantown. Keisha was recently a proud member of the Education Transition Committees for both Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker and Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro. She is an Eisenhower Fellow. Keisha lives in Bala Cynwyd, PA with her husband and two daughters.
