Judith is the Chief Investment Officer Emeritus of The Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Prior to joining, she worked at UGI Corporation and at the U.S. Department of Defense. She earned an M.S.B.A. from Boston University, an M.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. from Manhattanville College. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the CFA Institute and of the Philadelphia Financial Analysts Society.
