Derik joins CSFP with over 10 years of experience in business and operations management. Most recently, he served as the General Manager of the Racquet Club of Philadelphia, leading the organization to two Platinum Club of America designations. Derik also served as the Executive Director of the Racquet Club’s non-profit foundation and passionately worked to achieve the mission of providing educational and athletic services to children of underserved communities.
Derik holds a BS in Sport and Recreation Management from Temple University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Drexel University. He lives in South Philadelphia with his wife, adorable toddler, and their two canine rescues.
