Meet Kiair, a third-grader at St. Tabernacle Day School. When this sporty student isn’t working on his math and basketball skills, he is dreaming of becoming the principal of his own school.

Q: What do you like to do for fun?
A: Play basketball and other sports.
Q: What is your favorite thing about your school?
A: All the sports they have.
Q: What is your favorite subject at school?
A: I like math, spelling, and reading.
Q: Who is your role model and why do you look up to them?
A: My mom is my role because she’s very strong and teaches me what I need to know to be smart.
Q: What do you want to be when you grow up?
A: I want to be the principal of my own school.

Q: What are your hopes for your CSFP child(ren)?
A: I hope Kiair graduates high school, goes on to college, and continues to be successful.
Q: Why do you think it is important for your child(ren) to attend a tuition-based school in Philadelphia?
A: Because he learns so much there. I’m very proud he has accomplished so much already.
Q: How does your CSFP scholarship affect your family?
A: I would not be able to afford his tuition without his scholarship or Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia.
Q: What would you tell others about CSFP?
A: That it’s a wonderful organization.
