  • Please answer the short questionnaire below to see if you qualify for funding. If you qualify, you will be redirected to the online application form. Filling out the application takes less than 5 minutes! Before completing this application, please review the income eligibility scale, to see if you are eligible financially for a scholarship. In order to be eligible, you must reside in Philadelphia.

    If your child is currently receiving a scholarship in our program, you do NOT need to apply for this scholarship lottery. This scholarship lottery is for new families only. Families already in CSFP's program will receive instructions to renew your scholarship in January 2026.

    CSFP’s scholarships will be one of 3 flat rates: $1,250, $2,500, or $3,350. Please note that scholarship awards will not exceed tuition charged and families are required to contribute a minimum of $500 per year toward tuition.
