On June 15th at Citizens Bank Park, home of the Phillies, CSFP welcomed 2,000 new Philadelphia families into our scholarship program. This is the largest new group of scholarship recipients CSFP has ever had. We are beyond thrilled to continue to offer 2,000 new scholarships over each of the next four years.
It was important to us to thank a few of our donors who have made these amazing scholarship opportunities possible for low-income Philadelphia families. CSFP honored James Maguire, founder of The Maguire Foundation, along with his wife Frannie, for their commitment to supporting students, both locally and nationally, from early to higher education, and for making many of our scholarships possible. We also honored Mass Marketing Insurance Group as our Corporate Citizen of the Year, for their generous support of our program and scholarship families. MMI’s President & CEO, Frank Polizzi, was present to accept this award.
