Ina Lipman, Executive Director of Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia, spoke with Jill Horner of Comcast Newsmakers.  They discussed CSFP’s scholarships and success, and reminded Philadelphia families about the importance of applying before the March 1st deadline.
