On February 7, CSFP families from across the city visited Dilworth Park’s Rothman Rink for a day full of winter activities as part of CSFP’s SuperSkate Sunday event. One hundred children and their families enjoyed ice skating and hot cocoa. During the event, families also participated in arts & crafts provided by CSFP and science experiments held by Science 2 the Max.
CSFP launched SuperSkate Sunday as part of our continued initiative to provide more meaningful cultural and activity-based experiences for families in our scholarship program. Through strategic partnerships with other service providers, CSFP will continue to offer supplemental programs and events for CSFP children at little to no cost to their families throughout the year.
