On May 15, CSFP and the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce (GPCC) announced a year-long partnership to scale local utilization of the Pennsylvania Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) program. Area business leaders joined representatives from CSFP and the GPCC for the announcement. Grant Thornton Philadelphia Office Managing Partner John Stine explained the tax credits, and GPCC President Rob Wonderling urged attendees to participate in the easy-to-use OSTC program.

The OSTC program allows companies to reallocate certain PA state taxes through donations to scholarship organizations, like CSFP. There are currently $22 million available through OSTC that businesses can use to help thousands more children to succeed.
