Fabliha Salim

Fabliha joins CSFP with a background in finance and previous experience in the nonprofit sector. Before joining the CSFP team, Fabliha was an Investment Specialist at Vanguard where she successfully earned her Series 7 & 63 broker’s license. Prior to that, Fabliha had experience working in development for a local nonprofit in her hometown of Wilmington, Delaware called Strive: How You Lead Matters. Strive partners with like-mind organizations and young people to bring leadership-development work to underserved communities.  

Fabliha graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in International Business and a minor in Spanish. As a first-generation graduate, Fabliha understands the importance of a quality education, and how it lays a foundation for children from under-resourced communities to achieve social and economic success. She is very excited to be back working in development and to be a part of an organization that makes a positive impact in the Philadelphia community.
