Over the last ten years, Christianne has grown and developed in management roles, refining her intrapersonal skills and strengthening her ability to both effectively lead and interact on a team.
Today, Christianne is Assistant Director of Partnerships and Events for Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP) a privately funded non-profit that seeks to provide educational equity through scholarship support to underserved Philadelphia families.
In her current role, Christianne leads CSFP’s special events and event sponsorship strategy. She works closely with the board to grow and develop future members and she partners with the development to to meet fundraising goals. Her time is spent primarily in relationship building, working with partners to more effectively serve the CSFP community.
Christianne began her career in non-profit just over five years ago, initially joining the team as Senior Development Manager. Prior to her work with CSFP, she held leadership roles in the retail sector, with URBN Inc.
Christianne graduated Summa Cum Laude from Temple University with a B.S. Ed. in Secondary English Education and a minor in French. During her time at Temple, Christianne studied abroad in Paris, France receiving a Certificate in French from the Sorbonne, and in St. Thomas, Jamaica, where her work was focused on service learning.
