Pat serves as an Investment Officer at Mill Creek and is a Principal of the firm. He advises clients on investment policy, develops and implements investment and financial planning recommendations, and works closely with his clients’ other advisors to ensure their goals are met in a comprehensive and integrated manner. Prior to joining Mill Creek, Pat was the national practice leader for Vanguard’s Non-Profit business. Previously at Vanguard he led the team responsible for providing wealth management services to Vanguard’s highest-net-worth clients. He has provided investment consulting and analysis for individual and institutional clients for more than 20 years. Before joining Vanguard in 1995, Pat was a financial planner for high-net-worth individuals at Price Waterhouse LLP. Pat serves as Chairman of the Board for Children’s Scholarship Fund of Philadelphia and Chairman Emeritus for Dunwoody Village, a continuing-care retirement community. Pat is a Certified Financial Planner™, a Certified Public Accountant, and a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder. He also holds an M.B.A from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, a master’s degree in Taxation from Villanova University, and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.
