Ina B. Lipman, Executive Director

Prior to joining CSFP, Ina was the Executive Director of The Peggy Browning Fund, a nationally based non-profit organization serving law students and worker rights groups. An attorney with an extensive background in educational advocacy and organization building, she has worked for groups that have included the Greater Philadelphia First’s Children Achieving and Health Partners. She has a B.A. from University of Connecticut and a J.D. from Temple University School of Law.

Julie joins CSFP with solid nonprofit work and volunteer experience, most recently as a Program Coordinator at St. Mary’s Family Respite Center, Make a Wish Foundation and serves on the Board of Directors of the YWCA of Philadelphia. She holds a B.A. Degree from Millersville University in Sociology.

Lisa graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Journalism. Lisa hails from NYC with a broad background in marketing from her work at Nickelodeon.

Kate graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Communications (2009). Kate comes to us with experience assisting therapists and clients in foster care services at Pennsylvania MENTOR. Before that, she worked in broadcasting and cable supporting human resource executives.
Annabelle Smith, Program Associate

Annabelle graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in English (2004). Originally from Washington, D.C., she spent time teaching English in Santiago, Chile. Annabelle also taught civics and government for the Close Up Foundation and worked as an Academic Advisor at the University of Maryland.
