Prior to joining CSFP, Ina was the Executive Director of The Peggy Browning Fund, a nationally based non-profit organization serving law students and worker rights groups. An attorney with an extensive background in educational advocacy and organization building, she has worked for groups that have included the Greater Philadelphia First’s Children Achieving and Health Partners. She has a B.A. from University of Connecticut and a J.D. from Temple University School of Law.
Natalie Agraz, Director of Development and Major Gifts

Before joining the CSFP team, Natalie was the Director of Development for the Province of St. Thomas of Villanova, Villanova, PA. Previous to that she worked with the United Way of the Central Carolinas in Charlotte, NC. and as a Manager of Financial Planners for Prudential Financial in Miami, FL. She holds a B.A. from Moravian College and has attended various graduate programs at Lehigh University, Penn State University and the University of Texas at Austin.

Julie joins CSFP with solid nonprofit work and volunteer experience. Prior to joining the CSFP team, she worked for several social service organizations that serve individuals and children affected by HIV/AIDS as a Program Coordinator and Case Manager. Julie enjoys volunteering with the Make A Wish Foundation. She holds a B.A. Degree from Millersville University in Sociology and has recently earned a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Rosemont College.

Annabelle graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in English. Originally from Washington, D.C., she spent time teaching English in Santiago, Chile. Annabelle also taught civics and government for the Close Up Foundation and has been a long-time volunteer for Maryland Leadership Workshops and teaching ESL to adult English-learners.

Lea graduated from Temple with a B.A. in Sociology. Since Lea graduated she has been working with organizations that support young people in the Philadelphia community.
Kate Beele, Program Associate

Kate is a graduate of Temple University with a degree in Communications. Prior to joining CSFP, she was living in Baltimore where she worked at Civic Works, a non-profit organization focused on professional development with at risk youth. She recently found her way back to Philadelphia to pursue a Master of Social Work degree at the University of Pennsylvania. She enjoys working with adolescents, and looks forward to advocating for foster care youth as a social worker.
